Fear of Abandonment
You constantly worry people will leave, even when there’s no evidence they will.
Signs You May Have Insecure Attachment
Insecure attachment often develops in childhood or after a difficult relationship. If the experiences listed below feel familiar, healing is possible.
Overthinking Everything
You replay conversations, overanalyze texts, and search for hidden meaning in every interaction.
People Pleasing
You struggle to say no, put everyone else’s needs first, and fear disappointing others.
Emotionally Unavailable Partners
You find yourself attracted to people who can’t consistently meet your emotional needs.
Low Self-Worth
Your confidence depends on how others treat you instead of how you see yourself.
Walking on Eggshells
You hide your feelings, avoid conflict, or become hyperaware of other people’s moods just to keep the peace.
If you recognized yourself in these patterns, healing is possible, and you don't have to do it alone.
The Story Behind The Honey Healing Method
The Honey Healing Method was born from both lived experience and years of studying why we repeat unhealthy relationship patterns. Like many of the women I work with, I once believed I was simply “too emotional.” I overthought relationships, feared rejection, and looked for my worth in how others treated me. Everything changed when I discovered attachment theory and began healing the root of those patterns, not just the symptoms.
Today, as a trauma-informed self-worth coach and Master’s student in Counselling Psychology, I’ve combined evidence-based psychology with practical coaching tools to create a step-by-step approach that helps women heal anxious attachment, rebuild self-worth, regulate their nervous systems, and create healthier, more secure relationships. The Honey Healing Method isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about coming home to the person you were always meant to be.
